Air Conditioning problem
2002 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Had my airconditioner fail, but before removing compressor I checked to confirm the charge for the system was gone, it wasn't, then took the clutch plat assembly off, easy and verified compressor turns easily, it does, so the problem has resolved itself into the pulley bearing is shot. Can turn pulley after some prying, but feel the bearing slop back an forth, question how do I remove the bearing and pulley in situ without disturbing the compressor? Is there a special puller for this ?

Yes, there is a puller ,then you will need snap-ring pliers in most cases.
