2002 Ford Taurus power window's stuck

i put the front two windows down in the car, and when i went to put them back up, nothing happened. after tinkering for a little bit, i started to hear a clicking noise coming from the fuse box under the steering wheel when i pushed the window control button on the drivers door. i think it might be a fuse or a breaker, but i'm not sure. my owners manual doesn't tell me which fuse controls the windows in the car.

Fuse #11 its 15A check with key on
check Fuse # 26 its 10 A hot all the time
