2002 Ford Taurus oil light flickers

02 tarurus runs fine then idles rough with engine noise and oil light flickers. this will last just a few secounds then goes away. had tune up did not change problem. thank you.

ensure engine oil is at proper level and is not burnt. if oil is good then oil pump may be weakening and needing replaced.
