2002 Ford Taurus new engine wont run

I just replaced my original engine that had seized due to somebody dumping something in my gas tank. The new motor won't run for more than ten seconds,sounding like a sick harley davidson.
I've already checked the following:

entire fuel system
crank sensor
mass air sensor
plugs
wiring harness

what things have I overlooked?

Was the tank ,and fuel system flushed and cleaned
you should and that before you attempt to start the new engine
