I just went to autozone and got a free check-up on why my car shakes after a few seconds whenever i come to a stop.

I'm told that my MAF Sensor is going out. Is there any way to fix this other then buying a new one? where is this located on my car? would i be able to fix this easily on my own (very inexperienced in cars), or should i take it to a shop?

It's located in the air cleaner just above the box at the right front of the engine, you could do it, just buy the tamper proof torx that fits the screws...
