2002 Ford Taurus Intermitent drivers door power window

Window sometimes goes inop after starting engine and will usually stay inop for 15-30 minutes. When window is inop, pressing switch down causes relay click behind inst panel. Not so when pressing up or either way if operable. Technician tested door switch as good and replaced motor.
Still same problem

Door switch tested okay-Have him test the battery saver relay, accessory relay and generic electronic module.
