hvac not working

My wife had a hit a curb a week ago and since then, air and heat is not blowing through the vents. The blower motor works, i checked it and air blows on the windshield, but the vents in the car are not putting out air, or heat.

You are looking for a vacuum leak. The vent doors are actuated by engine vacuum. If there is a leak, that is exactly what happens. I don't know how it would be tied into the tire issue unless a vacuum line was damaged under the hood from flying rubber or something from the road. Check both under the hood and the dash for a leak. WIth the engine running, you may get lucky and hear a hissing sound. I'm confident it is a leak.
