2002 Ford Taurus Heater not warming up!

My radiator cap was not pressurising so I changed that thought that was the problem. nope! But my heater does not get warm is it a thermostat or heater core? not sure Please help!!!

Replace the thermostat and see what happens

I am replying to this everytime I see the question. Three things you need to do from cheapest to most expensive

1. Have the cooling system flushed, especially the hose going into the heater core.
2. Replace your water pump, it may not have blades caused by the blockage above, common problem.
3. Replace heater core.
