Heater problem
2002 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

HOW DO I GET TO THE HEATER DOOR TO REPAIR OR FIX IT? I DID FIND OUT THAT THE HEATER DOES PUT OUR WARM TO HOT AIR AS LONG AS THE FAN SELECTOR SWITCH IS ON THE LOWEST SETTING, WHEN YOU TURN IT UP IS WHEN THE AIR STARTS COOLING. IF THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM, IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE THAT I NEED TO CHECK?
