i bought a rebuilt jv axle and installed it?

I am working on a 2002 ford taurus. i bought a rebuilt jv axle and installed it. the cup seated all the way inside the transmission but when put into gear the balls move out of the cup and there is a loud grinding noise. How do I fix this problem?

Hello,

First you want to make sure the CV axle that you have is supposed to fit that specific vehicle. Keep in mind that the type of engine and have different CV axle.
