I hear Chirping,Squeaking,Squealing from the driver's side of the engine bay. I know Its Not the belt or transmission.

If you're sure it isn't a belt, it may be a brake or a bushing to one of the suspension parts.

If it gets louder or stops when you use your brakes, I would say it's the brake.

If it happens more when the car is on a rougher road, then a suspension bushing.
