How do i reset the ECU on my 2002 ford Taurus?

if no scanner available disconnecting the battery will reset all
disconnect and isolate negative side of the battery for few min



When battery is disconnected, vehicle computer and memory systems may lose memory data. Driveability problems may exist until computer systems have completed a relearn cycle
