My car has been sitting unused for about 1.5 years in my parking lot. The battery is now dead. Besides a jump, what else should be done to the car to make it ready for a long trip?

Flat-spot the tires? Rubber may be shot, check the engine and passenger compartments for possible various vermin nests, how about the gas tank? Probably condensation city, put a couple cans of quality injector cleaner in it. Why is it sitting so long? Been busy? After a year and a half, all of a sudden a long trip? Any other transportation?
