My car has been sitting unused for about 1.5 years in my parking lot. The battery is now dead. Besides a jump, what else should be done to the car to make it ready for a long trip?

Flat-spot the tires??? Rubber may be shot,, check the engine and passenger compartments for possible various vermin nests,, how about the gas tank??? Probably condensation city, put a couple cans of quality injector cleaner in it.. why is it sitting so long??? Been busy??? After a year and a half, all of a sudden a long trip??? Any other transportation??
