New fuel filter, new plugs the engine idle good whe the gas pedal is pressed to the floor the rev up to about 2000 rpm what could cause that

Has the check engine llight come on? Have you checked the catylatic converter to make sure it isn't plugged?

I took the exhaust loose form the cross over pipe it run like the timing is off I put a new cam position senor on it idle rought before that it idle ok on my truck I uplug the maf it run I unplug it onthe car it idle but would speed up could the o2 sensor be bad if so which one this thin has 4

Before replacing any other parts, you need to have the computer scanned for trouble codes. Chances are there is a problem that is stored in the computer's memory which will identify the problem. If I had to guess at this point, I don't think the O2 sensors are the problem. I think you have a major vacum leak at the intake, but I need to know if any codes are stored in the computer. Or, if you have a vacuum gauge and can check intake vacuum for me, that would be helpful.
