Company-owned car, and company was unable to renew registration on time due to outstanding citations from a previous driver car was assigned to, so car was parked in lot a couple of months and not driven until tickets were cleared. Car had to be jump-started by our contract mechanic, who said the smog center required us to drive the car at least 100 miles after a jump-start before they could perform the smog test. True?
