2001 ford taurus se ac/heater blower motor

sometimes my blower motor works. sometimes it doesn't. i turned on the heater today did not work. can feel heat from vent.left the switch on 15 to 20 minutes later blower started working.this happens with fan switch in all positions.i have already replaced blower motor relay.

Double check all wire connectors and test blower motor resistor see below
