2001 Ford Taurus replacing timing belt,how often and how?

Does this have an interference Engine or non interference?. How do you replace the Belt if it's rubber or Steel?.

your vehicle has a timing chain and it does not need replaced unless it has broken, they are meant to last the life of the motor.
