I'm getting a constant whine from the rear of the car while moving. Tires are in good shape. I will be replacing the struts with a quick strut set this week. A broken piece at the top of the current right strut causes a pounding sound when on rough roads.
At 99K miles should I be replacing or just repacking the rear wheel bearings? Thank you.
