how do you disengage the rear hub assembly

Raise vehicle.
Remove wheel and tire assembly.
Remove caliper assembly and support to one side.
Remove disc rotor.
Remove and discard grease cap and bearing retaining nut.
Remove hub and bearing assembly from spindle.
