2001 Ford Taurus Power windows fuse location?

My power windows, and also interior lights, quit working. I can not find EITHER of theses accessorys listed on the fuse block diagram, in the car or in the owners manual. Can anyone tell me WHICH fuse to look at, like the fuse NUMBER?
