Annoying oil leak from 2001 Ford Taurus; v6 w137,600 miles. Always well maintained & changed oil every 3k.
Small leak has developed in the front left of engine area. I cannot locate source and the mechanic who has always worked on it for all these years indicates that their may be a seal issue with the "front receiver" and it isn't a big problem. I trust the guy but to me a seal is a big problem. First, what is a front receiver and second, your thoughts on this being the problem.
