2001 Ford Taurus oil in the vaccum

I have a 2001 Ford Taurus that has a lot of miles. I have recently given it a tune up and it still is wanting to stall out when only at a stand still. My boyfriend has looked at it for me and said that there is oil in the vacuum lines. What could this be?

replace PCV valve and check for vacuum leaks
remove IAC valve and clean
