2001 Ford Taurus O2 sensor on left bank

After having the "engine" light checked, I was told that the O2 sensor on the left bank needs to be replaced. How do I do this?

There are two O2 sensors on the leftbank. What was the codeP0xxx?

No must have code go to Auto Zone do it for free
