When the car is started COLD in the morning or after 4-5 hours, and after the first few turns on the road AFTER the wheel STRAIGHTENS, there is a noise from the engine that only lasts for a few seconds and sounds like "errrr" or the sound you hear when the steering fluid is low. The sound does not happen after the car warms up after 5 minutes, as if one of the fluids is not getting through right away.
I recently had all the fluids changed and they could find nothing wrong after a general inspection. Any ideas what could be causing this? Maybe connected to the steering?

Check the steering pump fluid level-if okay could be the pump is failing or a problem within the rack and pinion. Fluid not okay-fill and bleed it
