you may have air in the coolant system .. bleed system to relaese ??
TEST B: INSUFFICIENT, ERRATIC OR NO HEAT
Check coolant level with engine cold and with engine hot. If coolant is at proper level, go to next step. If coolant is not at proper level, go to step 3 .
Start engine and run at normal operating temperature. Carefully feel heater core inlet hose at inlet connection. If hose is too hot to touch, go to step 4 . If hose is not hot, check and repair cooling system as needed.
Ensure coolant reservoir is filled to proper level. Pressure test cooling system and radiator cap. If cooling system holds pressure properly, go to next step. If cooling system does not hold pressure, repair cooling system as required.
With engine running at normal operating temperature, feel heater core outlet hose at outlet connection. If heater outlet hose is cool or cold, test heater core for plugged or restricted condition. If outlet hose is hot, go to TEST F: NO OPERATION IN ANY TEMPERATURE SETTINGS .
