2001 Ford Taurus Horn, locks, and lights

After I lock my car and go inside my home, the horn will go off without me using my key. Also, while driving down the road, the doors may unlock by themselves. I have also noticed that the lights are dimmer even after replacing the headlights. What is going on with my car?

I would suspect a door switch or a hood switch
have to check it
