2001 Ford Taurus engine stalling in reverse

Symptom just started, 2x when put into reverse engine stalls. Also when in drive around 2000 rpm car feels like it is losing power. No engine codes. Transmission problem? Torque Converter?

Check tranny fluid
do a tranny fluid and filter change

Tranny fluid and filter was just serviced and fluid is at proper level

check neutral safety switch if lined up
