i have a 2001 ford taurus 3.0l ohv. my engine light came on and i read the code. code p0401 can up which is egr insuffient flow. i changed the egr valve but it still didnt work, what else could it be?

The ports going into the egr should not be restricted. Also have seen DPFE sensors get corroded internally and restrict flow.
