I noticed driving about 45-50 MPH last night that my temp gauge was reading high, it did not go into the red and I didn't get any engine lights

This morning when i checked the engine coolant it appears that it has all leaked out. I checked the oil and it seems normal.

Is is possible that I have damaged the head gasket, the car was running normal.

Thanks

yes it is possible that you have a bad head-gasket
but need few tests 1st to eliminate other possibilities too
fill system and check for leaks

common area that seen it leaks from
heater core lines by the firewall
overfill tank on the side inner fender

have it pressure test to check for leaks
