i have a 2001 ford taurus with 120,000 miles with a 3.0 vulcan flex fuel motor.
The problem I'm having is I can head an obvious engine miss when I start it, at both a cold start and at a hot start after it been turned off for more than 20 seconds, otherwise it will start hot without the miiss. The miss lasts for about 2 minutes, then it runs fine.
Ive replaced the plugs and properlly gapped them.
Ive put new plug wires on,
I've tested the EGR valve and it seems to be working.
I've put injector cleaner in the gas tank the last 2 fillups
any help is appreciated.
