THE NOISE IS LIKE WHEN YOUR BELT IS, TODAY I CHECK THE INTAKE, AL THE AIR HOSES AND THE PCM GROUND AND AFTHER THAT THE RPM WENT UP AT 4000 BUT STIL DONT GO OVER 40K AND ALSO I RAN THE CAR IN THE AIR AND LOOKS LIKE THE TRANSMITION IS SHIFTING GOOD

If the check engine light isn't on, it could be weak fuel pressure, a bad vacuum leak, a plugged catalytic converter.

Have you checked those things?
