2000 Ford Taurus FROZEN Engine

Had head replaced, but instead of them putting anti-freeze/water mix they put only water. Now the outside temp is 15 degrees F. And every line is frozen. Car will start but water pump will not turn. How do I unfreeze it and will there be any damage to the engine?

Tow it inside where it's warm and hope for the best.
