how much would a tune up cost for a 1999 ford taurus se and would it cover replacing all the fuses and topping off the transmission fluid or can I get the transmission fluid topped off at my next oil change

A tune up would be plugs, wires, pcv valve, air filter. Does not include fuses and fluids. And can be up to 250 dollars. Depending on where you go. With an oil change, you should be able to get all fluids topped off as part of the oil change.

I assume that would cost a little extra and include the transmission fluid right?

Where can I go to get my fuses and spark plugs replaced and how much would it cost me

Yes, that would be a tranny service, and top off. But why do you want your fuses changed, are you talking about all of them?
