I WAS DRIVING MY VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE WHEEL HAD BEEN SHAKING FOR A WHILE AND THE OTHER DAY I WAS DRIVING AND THE FRONT PASSENGER TIRE CAME OFF AND ROLLED DOWN THE STREET. WE NOTICED PRIOR TO THAT A BAR OR SOMETHING WAS BROKEN. WHAT CAUSED THIS AND WHAT IS A REASONABLE PRICE FOR FIXING?

Did the tire just come unbolted or did the engine axle come out with it?
