1999 Ford Taurus Swerving to left when braking

Brakes problem
1999 Ford Taurus Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Yesterday I noticed after being parked on a hill with a the E-Brake, it felt as if I lost pressure to the brake pedal. The brakes would work but, took longer to engage. When having to stop quickly the car would turn left. The tires are fine, I added some more brake fluid today, which was low. The same problem is occuring. Any help greatly appreciated.

Could be the caliper piston not retracting or a wheel alignment problem
