My check engine light comes on and off. It may be on for a tank of gas or two then may be off for several days, weeks or months. It has been like this for more than a year and has remained off for 3 or 4 months at times. A mechanic just replance the o2 sensor bank 2 secton 1 ( right up front) after hiis scanner read weak o2 sensor bank 2 etc. It came back on after several weeks and went off again. He replaced the sensor. I did spray cleaner into the mass air flow sensor before it went off the last time but I do not know if that is the reason it went off. I was hoping I could solve the problem rather than paying someone to just replace parts and guessing. Any ideas???
