1999 Ford Taurus Front Wheel Drive Automatic 110000 miles
Have recently started to hear a noise that sounds like it comes from under the hood closest to where the front passanger side tire is. Its intermittent. Tends to happen at lower speeds (stops at freeway speeds). Sounds like someone running an idle lawnmower ontop of the regular engine noise (sounds choppy and doesn't seem to react to reving the engine. Was wondering if anyone had an idea of a cause
