I have a ford Taurus with 132k that I bought during the summer. I got a tune up this past summer when I bought it.

No matter how long I driver the car for the air never gets hot. It stays luke warm and can barely heat the car when its near freezing. I check the coolent levels and they are fine but I do notice that when I walk back to my car after getting groceries at the store that there is often a small puddle lf what appears to be water underneath the muffler. Im sure some condensation is normal but this seems a bit more than the cars around me.

Try replacing the thermostat for a start and see what happens also check the heater core if its clogged-up
