1999 Ford Taurus gas tank filler tube or hosepipe

The pipe that goes from the outside of the car, where you put the gas in, to the fuel tank is completed rusted loose, and has to be replaced. What are the steps in replacing that pipe. It is a 1999 Taurus SE.

if its rusted like that the tank is probably starting to fail. id save a little money and trouble in long run by replacing the tank and all.
