Transmission problem
1998 Ford Taurus Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 138000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I need to get my car inspected and a mechanic checked it and showed that there is an Torque Convertor Code showing, My check engine light is on. The car runs fine, had it for three years and never a problem.
I wanted to know how can I find out if it is the sensor or should I have the transmission dropped and replace the Torque Converter?
Desperate Please answer soon!!!!
