i was wondering why your moter would lock up when I just had the oil changed last week.

HI there,
has his been a hydraulic lock? Is a cylinder full of water? Pull the plugs and try and turn the engine over. Just don't have anyone stand in front of the engine as if it is water it will be ejected with great force. Otherwise it may be seized due to an oil problem or a mechanical failure, this will have to be check out first hand.

The moter will start but the belt wont turn an you get a burning smell.

Something on the accessory drive has failed, idler pulley, A/C alternator? You will have to remove the belt and check to see what has locked up.
