The turn signal flasher is under the dash on the drivers side. Here is a guide that can help with the problem check out the diagrams below for the location.

It is located behind left end of instrument panel above the fuse box. See attached diagram.

The blinkers in my 1993 SHO Taurus have gone out same with the hazard lights, the fuses are fine, it's a 3.2 liter, with approx 160k miles. Where is the flasher, because I am sure that is the problem.
