1998 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

MY CAR WAS ONE DAY IN 16 BELOW ZERO WEATHER AND HAS NOT STARTED SINCE, IT SOUNDS LIKE WHEN THE ENGINE IS TURNING OVER IT WANTS TO START BUT, IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IT IS NOT GETTING COMPRESSION, I CHANGED SPRK PLUGS, OIL, WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Have to check if you have spark
check if have fuel pressure and let me know
when key on do you have check engine light on
does it go off when cranking

need manual CHECK IT @
