The past day my steering on my car has been really tight. I have checked power steering fluid and is ok. I also notice a shake when I get over 30mph with a squealing noise. Any ideas on what it could be, and approx cost for parts if you would know.

Sounds like you have a few different things going on.

Did you check the serpentine belt and its tensioner? Can cause loss of steering assist along with other ills.

The squeek and shimmy in the front end could be any number of suspension components. Unless you are somewhat experienced in checking ball joints, controll arms, wheel bearings and alignment specs please have the vehicle checked by a pro.
