Electrical problem

my car accessories work in park when i put it in reverse
the radio,redefrost,windows,winsheild wipers.stop working...neutral starts working...drive stops working
while driving i hear my relays clicking below the dash when i hit a bump,and the accessories click in and out
whats happening
