1997 Ford Taurus Seat belt light comes on and power steerin

I recently just purchased this car, I knew it leaked power steering fluid and the radio would stop working on right turns. But recently i have been driving and when taking a right turn the seat belt light comes on and the power steering stops working, yesterday it happened on a slight left turn also, wondering if you could help me out.

If it been leaking for some time
possible power steering pump failed
and or the rack pinion
