1997 Ford Taurus replacing passenger side windom

I just picked up a 97 taurus, the passenger side window was busted out and I am trying to replace it.
I am having trouble removing the old "washers" that hold the window to the slide. Is there a special tool out there to remove the three "fingered " nut that hold the window in place?

I thing you are talking about the rivet
and that need to be drilled
or punch out the middle and than drill or cut the rest
