1997 Ford Taurus fans wont turn on

I dont know if this is a fuse problem. And if so what fuse to change.

Check fuse # 9 in underhood fuse/relay box

check wiring to or replace
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (3.0L 2V)Above left side of engine block, near thermostat.
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (3.0L 2V FFV)Above left side of engine block, near thermostat.
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (3.0L 4V)Above left side of engine block, near thermostat.
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (3.4L SHO)Above left side of engine block, near thermostat.

Check
Engine Cooling Fan Dropping Resistor. Inside right front bumper, in front of washer reservoir
