COMPRESSER IS OK AND HAS PLENTY OF FREEON BUT. WHEN YOU TURN THE SWITCH ON FO RTHE AC NOTHING HAPPENS AND I USED A LIGHT TESTER AND SAW THAT THERE WAS NO POWER THROUGH THE LINE. IS THERE MAYBE A FUSE OR RELAY THAT MAYBE OUT?

To determine if fuse blown or switch is bad. Connect a wire (with a fuse holder and a 20 amp fuse installed) from a hot side in your main fuse box to the power in terminal on the a/c switch. If the a/c turns on and blows cool your switch is O. K.
