1996 Ford Taurus need heat for winter

Heater problem
1996 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

heat will turn to lukewarm air after just under 1 minute. if i turn the switch off for a couple of minutes then back on i get good heat for about a minute then it cools to lukewarm again

Probable causes: could be thermostat, air mix /mode/ blend doors/vacuum or actuator problems
